Shipping Policy

RIBBON strives to ship products in 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from payment date. In the event there is a delay in shipping your purchase, you will be contacted by email and/or text. Orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.

RIBBON utilizes email communication to inform you about your purchase's journey until it gets to you. Please be sure to watch your inbox for updates. 

Lastly, RIBBON is a Los Angeles based online store. Inventory is shipped from the USA (LA) and/or China (based on product availability). Items may be delivered in separate packages at different times. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers and/or utilize our Order Lookup (https://shop-with-ribbon.myshopify.com/pages/order-lookup). During high demand periods, shipping may extend to 2 - 3 weeks time frame.

RIBBON currently is accepting all major credit cards for secure payment. We use encrypted SSL security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected. 

We are not using PayPal at the moment.
