RIBBON Promise - Return Policy

RIBBON is here to please our customers and we back that up with our easy return policy. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have ten (10) days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds are only honored for products that are broken/arrived damaged, lost in transit and/or wrong item shipped.

Refunds are credited back to customer's original form of payment. Refunds usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. No exceptions.
